First, the appearance
The inner and outer walls of the pipe should be smooth, and no bubbles , cracks and obvious marks, dents, uneven color and discoloration lines should be allowed. The pipe fittings shall be intact and free of defects, and the gates and overflows shall be repaired and leveled.
Internal control requirements:
The pipe fittings are allowed to have tiny bubbles under the premise that the oven is qualified , the length shall not exceed 1.5 mm, and the distribution area shall not exceed 10% of the outer surface area of the pipe fittings.
In line with the standard requirements, it should be basically the same, match the color of the pipe, and there should be no large color deviation.
The corresponding inner wall of the gate is allowed to have a slight depression under the premise that the oven is qualified. The depth of the depression is determined based on the use and aesthetics of the pipe, and the maximum limit shall not exceed 10% of the wall thickness.
4. White spot
The gate is allowed to have a small area of white spots on the premise that the oven is qualified, and can be controlled within a range of 5 times the wall thickness around the injection point without affecting the appearance.
The surface of the pipe fitting allows a small area of white spots without affecting the appearance, and the length must not exceed 1.5 times the wall thickness.
5. Decomposition color line
The pipe fittings are allowed to have a slight decomposition of the color-changing line. The length of the color-changing wire is not more than 3 mm, and the ultra-fineness is not obvious when the visual distance is 0.5 m. The discoloration line on one pipe must not exceed three.
The surface of the pipe fitting is allowed to have a slight unmelted material, the unmelted material shall not pass through the wall thickness, and the length of the unmelted material shall not exceed 5 mm, and the appearance of the product shall not be affected.
Pipe fittings must not contain impurities that are thick through the wall. The surface is allowed to have tiny impurities, which are invisible when the visual distance is 0.5 m. The outer wall shall not have obvious and excessive visible impurities, and the inner wall may be appropriately relaxed without affecting the use.
Other unqualified phenomena should be tested according to the standard.
The above phenomenon can be stored in the control range, but it is still necessary to adjust the sample , find out the reason , fill in the abnormal reaction list, and stop the production after the number of production starts more than 3 times, so it can not be put into storage.
Second, the size match
The standard pipe and the pipe socket have a depth of 1/2-3/4, and the pipe must not be easily inserted into the socket.
Factory control requirements:
The depth of the joint can be appropriately reduced without affecting the normal use of the pipe and the pipe. The matching depth between the standard pipe and the pipe socket is required to be within 1/3-1/2. After insertion, it can have a certain angle of rotation. Into the warehouse, fill in the abnormal reaction sheet , propose amendments, and the production starts more than 3 times and still has no improvement, so that it will be shut down and not allowed to be put into storage.
Third, the oven detection
According to the method of GB/T8803-2001, the oven is turned on and sent three samples.
Defects such as cracking, delamination, bubble and weld line cracking of the sample shall meet the following requirements:
Standard requirements: 15 times the wall thickness is within the radius, the depth of cracking, delamination or bubble should not be more than 50% of the wall thickness.
Internal control requirements: When the gate is at the position of the socket or the socket, the cracking length of the gate oven shall not exceed 15mm; if it is not at the position of the socket or the socket, the cracking of the gate oven shall not be considered as acceptable.
2. Weld seam
Standard requirements: The cracking depth of any welded joint is not more than 50% of the wall thickness.
Internal control requirements: The length of the weld line oven cracking shall not exceed 10mm.
3. Other outer surface
Requirements: The cracking and delamination depth should not exceed 30% of the wall thickness, and the bubble length in the sample wall should not be greater than 10 times the wall thickness. (The current production products can meet the requirements, no need for additional internal control requirements).
The above phenomenon can be stored in the control range, but it is still necessary to adjust the sample, find out the reason, fill in the abnormal reaction list, and stop the production after the number of production starts more than 3 times, so it can not be put into storage.
Fourth, fall detection
Determined according to GB/T8801-2007 method
Falling boot and send 5 samples.
This item is not required to be tested. It is tested according to GB/T8801-2007. If one or more samples are cracked or broken at any part, it is judged as unqualified.
V. Inspection requirements
For the qualified inspection, the same specification of pipe fittings produced by the same raw materials, formula and process shall be taken as one batch. When dn<75mm, the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 1000 pieces. When dn≥75mm, the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 500 pieces; The production is still less than one batch for 4 days, and the batch production for 4 days is carried out for inspection.
